K-9 Officer Glen Casner, 41, Saratoga Police Department, born in Texas July 28, 1982, was overcome by his demons on August 13, 2023. Casner began his law enforcement career with the El Paso Sheriff's Office for five years. There, he became the Single Purpose K-9 Handler for the county jail, detecting drugs, weapons, and contraband. Casner then got a job offer to be a K-9 Officer with the Saratoga P.D.
