In Memory OfFF Ty M. Voth

FF Ty M. Voth, 27, Wichita Fire Department (WFD), born August 14, 1996, passed away from a heart attack on August 1, 2024. For five years, Voth served with the WFD as a Firefighter and Engineer. There, he quickly became known for his dedication and bravery. No matter how high the flames grew, Voth was always the first to charge into danger. He was truly a "Firefighter's Firefighter" whose absence is felt by all. For his service, Voth earned the IAFF Medal of Honor and was named 2024's Firefighter of the Year. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
