EMT-P & FF Roger W. Dean III, 31, Legacy EMS, Seguin F.D., born in Texas June 9, 1989, passed away from COVID-19 on April 23, 2021. Dean first served as a Paramedic with Legacy EMS before becoming a Firefighter. After rigorous training, Dean found his home at the Seguin F.D. There, his skills were quickly recognized, and he became the Field Training Officer, teaching others how to serve their community at the utmost level. For his service, there is a scholarship program and a Fire Station named in his honor. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
