Deputy Charles T. Rivette, 39, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), born in Texas May 10, 1984, passed away in the line of duty on February 21, 2024. For 18 years, Rivette was with the MCSO and posted at the Montgomery County Courthouse. There, he served as a Bailiff and a member of the Inmate Transport Team. Rivette is remembered as a selfless and honorable family man of faith who dedicated his life to pursuing justice. For his service, he earned the "Professional & Compassionate Award."
