Deputy Brendan M. Loudermilk, 30, Washington County Sheriff's Office, born May 29, 1992, passed away from cancer on April 13, 2023. Loudermilk began his eight years of service as a Correctional Officer before transitioning into the field. Tough but fair, he was a dedicated peace officer who always put the needs of his community before his own. Loudermilk was a funny and outgoing family man who embodied the cowboy lifestyle. He enjoyed riding horses, hunting, and reading Western tales by Louis L’Amour. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
