In Memory OfCWO3 Santos Guajardo

CWO3 Santos Guajardo, 52, U.S. Navy, born April 27, 1970, passed away in a mountain biking accident on April 1, 2023. Guajardo served as an Electronics Technician aboard the USS Elmer Montgomery (FF-1082) during Operation Desert Storm. There, he ensured various electrical systems were functional while helping enforce UN sanctions against Iraq. Guajardo enjoyed playing golf, paintballing, and Ju- Jitsu. He is remembered for his strong work ethic, outgoing nature, and a smile that lit up the room. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate! Til Valhalla, Brother!
