CW2 Michael P. Lally Jr., 40, Massachusetts Army National Guard, Pennsylvania
Army National Guard, born March 5, 1983, passed away on March 24, 2023. Lally
first served as a Blackhawk Pilot with 3rd Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment, and
deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom. He then deployed to Afghanistan with 2nd
Battalion, 104th Aviation Regiment for Operation Enduring Freedom. After the
military, Lally put his night vision and single pilot instrument flying skills to work,
saving lives as a Life Flight helicopter pilot. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
