CT3 Robert J. Miller, 80, U.S. Navy, born June 24, 1942, passed away from cancer on February 19, 2023. Miller was a Communications Technician, specializing in cryptology and signals intelligence, serving in classified roles in the Philippines and Adak, Alaska, during the Cold War. Miller was known for his steady attentiveness, whether as a senior power dispatcher, a charter boat captain, or a community servant in the Sheriff's Reserve and Coast Guard Auxiliary.
