CSSSA Cameron E. Bennett, 21, U.S. Navy, born in Louisiana February 7, 2002, passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2023. Bennett was a Culinary Specialist Submarines Seaman Apprentice and stationed at the Naval Submarine School. There, he was learning not only how to prepare meals for the vessel's crew, but to cope with the rigors of living underwater for months at a time. Bennett was a man of deep faith with a positive outlook on life. When times got tough, you couldn't ask for a better friend. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate! Til Valhalla, Brother!
