In Memory OfCPT Robert B. Davis Sr.

September 20, 1942 - December 10, 2005

CPT Robert B. Davis Sr., 63, U.S. Army, born in West Virginia September 20, 1942, passed away from health complications on December 10, 2005. Davis was an Aero-Rifle Platoon Commander with 7th Squadron, 17th Air Cavalry Regiment in the Vietnam War, flying our troops in and out of combat zones. During his tour, he was shot down three times and managed to get back to base on foot after each crash. Davis was an outstanding leader and a brilliant tactician, and through his actions, he never lost a man under his command. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
