In Memory OfCpl Rodney Johnson

Cpl Rodney Johnson, 88, U.S.M.C., born November 17, 1935, passed away on June 15, 2024. Johnson served with 4th Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division in the Korean War. He was part of an artillery unit and often had to cross enemy lines to relay information to forward observers, helping coordinate accurate fire support. Johnson enjoyed family get-togethers, quiet time on his patio, cheering on the Michigan Wolverines, and a good NASCAR race. Above all, he loved trips to the White Tank Mountains with his wife. Semper Fi, Marine! Til Valhalla, Brother!
