In Memory OfCpl Hector L. Soto Jr.

Cpl Hector L. Soto Jr., 37, U.S.M.C., born July 20, 1987, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2024. Soto served with 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan to support counterinsurgency operations. He was next sent to the Republic of Georgia to train its military for combat in the Middle East. In addition to defending our country, he also protected his community as a Volunteer Firefighter. He was a charitable man who asked nothing in return and is missed by all. Semper Fi, Marine! Til Valhalla, Brother!
