Cpl David A. George, 31, U.S. Marine Corps, born June 11, 1993, in Cortland, New York, lost the battle within on March 30, 2025. David enlisted in 2013, training as an Airframe Mechanic for the demanding V-22 Osprey. After his honorable discharge in 2018, he transitioned to electrical work, pursuing his journeyman certification. David was a devoted husband to Amber and a loving father to Bryson and Madison, making Friday night pizza and movies a cherished ritual. He found joy in fishing and hunting, always showing up for his children. Amber remembers him as a hero, happy and strong, who fought his battles as hard as he could.
