Corporal Brandon W. Schreiber, 32, Newton County Sheriff's Office (NCSO), died in the line of duty on September 11, 2024. Schreiber was with NCSO for five years and served in multiple capacities. He was a dedicated lawman and worked tirelessly to keep the people of Newton County safe. In addition to law enforcement, Schreiber also served the community he loved as a volunteer firefighter. His devotion to helping others did not stop after his passing. He was able to save lives through the gift of organ donation. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
