In Memory OfCapt Eleanor LeBeau Cooke

Capt Eleanor LeBeau Cooke, 29, U.S.M.C., born April 23, 1994, passed away in a training accident on August 27, 2023. Cooke was an MV-22B Osprey Pilot with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363. While transporting Marines in northern Australia during a multi-national training exercise, her aircraft suffered a hardclutch failure and fell from the sky. She and two fellow Marines did not survive the crash. Cooke was known for her positive attitude. She brought joy wherever she went and had a powerful impact on those around her. Semper Fi, Marine!
