ATCS Andrew P. McKeown, 39, U.S. Navy, born May 28, 1984, passed away from health complications on February 11, 2024. McKeown was an Aviation Electronics Technician with Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 14 and deployed to the Middle East four times. There, he maintained various electronic systems of his unit's Sea Dragons, ensuring they remained mission-ready. McKeown was a charismatic man who never met a stranger.
