In Memory OfAT1 Gene L. Jacobs

AT1 Gene L. Jacobs, 59, U.S. Navy, born October 28, 1964, lost the battle within on April 23, 2024. Jacobs was an Aviation Electronics Technician with Electronic Attack Squadron 137 on the USS Ranger (CV-61). There, he maintained EA-6B Prowlers’ electronic countermeasures systems, ensuring they were always mission-ready. He enjoyed dirt bikes, playing guitar, and a good action movie. He was a man of faith and, as the Lead Pastor of his church, changed the lives of more people than he could ever know. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate! Til Valhalla, Brother!
