AMH1 Keith B. Beatty, 82, U.S. Navy, born October 8, 1941, passed away on March 24, 2024. Beatty was an Aviation Structural Mechanic (Hydraulics) aboard the USS Ticonderoga (CVA-14) in Vietnam, maintaining aircraft flight systems. After the war, he served in the Reserve with Patrol Squadron 68 and had the opportunity to work with his favorite fighter jet, the F-18. Beatty's final posting was with the Naval Air Warfare Center, providing technical support for advanced aircraft during the War on Terror. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate!
