In Memory OfADCS Kenneth D. Land

ADCS Kenneth D. Land, 89, U.S. Navy, born May 26, 1935, in Lansing, MI, passed away from health complications on December 5, 2024. Enlisting at 17, Land dedicated 22 and a half years to naval aviation, becoming an Aviation Machinist’s Mate Senior Chief (ADCS). He was an Aircraft Mechanic and an Air Crew Rescue team member, flying rescue missions over water. His career spanned the Korean War era through the Vietnam War. After service, he continued to give back to his community, joining the Masonic Lodge and Coast Guard Auxiliary. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate! Til Valhalla, Brother!
