In Memory OfAD3 Ryan S. Rotter

AD3 Ryan S. Rotter, 45, U.S.C.G., born May 18, 1966, lost the battle within on August 29, 2011. Rotter was an Aviation Machinist's Mate conducting anti-drug enforcement operations and prevented massive amounts of contraband from reaching our shore. He was then stationed in Alaska, where he spent the remainder of his career in Kodiak with search and rescue teams. Rotter enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and was a legendary grillmaster. He was a generous man who was always there to help a friend in need. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate! Til Valhalla, Brother!
