In Memory OfA1C Ronald R. Schnaidt

December 24, 1946 - April 5, 1967

A1C Ronald R. Schnaidt, 20, U.S. Air Force, born in South Dakota December 24, 1946 passed away in a non-hostile incident on April 5, 1967. Schnaidt was a Loadmaster Technician with 19th Air Commando Squadron, 315th Air Command Wing, 7th Air Force, flying missions all over the world. In Vietnam, he was part of a C-123 cargo plane crew that provided critical supplies to remote U.S. bases. While on a resupply mission, Schnaidt was at the rear of the plane when the cargo shifted, and he was pushed out of the troop door. Fly high, Airman! Til Valhalla, Brother!
