Where do the proceeds go?

Til Valhalla Projects main mission is to gift memorial plaques to the families of our nations fallen heroes be they military, Law Enforcement, or First Responder. This is the first mission of its kind and we allocate a portion of every purchase towards getting memorial plaques out to the families of fallen Heroes, every single week. You can see the Heroes we have honored on our “Wall of Heroes”.

Additionally, every order placed through our site goes towards ending veteran suicide. We do this by donating 20% of all proceeds to charities like #Mission22 where 100% of the donation will go towards putting struggling Heroes through year long therapy to help them cope with their demons. Combined, we give back around 40% of our proceeds because the company and its supporters revolve around giving back in huge ways. In just 3 short months into 2019, we have already donated $25,000 to ending veteran suicide.

How do I nominate a family for a memorial plaque?

We welcome any fallen military, law enforcement, or first responders (no matter how long ago they passed or how they passed) you can submit an application here.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders out as fast as possible. Currently, it can take up to 14 business days to get your order shipped. Our hope is to hire more veterans so that we can have the fastest turn around times in the industry.

How do your shirts fit?

When we asked our customers asked how our t shirts fit. This is what they said:

Men's - “The men’s shirts are more of an athletic fit. Not baggy at all, feels/ fits great, and are true to size.”

Women's – “fantastic quality tee shirt, but I had to size up. Normally I wear a medium but, in this case, I exchanged for a large. I would recommend sizing up if you are buying a women’s tee.”

Our t-shirts do hug the body so if you want them to be loose, they sizing up would be the way to go.

If you have any more questions, check out our size chart here.

Is Til Valhalla Project a Non-Profit?

We are not a “Non-Profit” company. We are simply an awesome clothing brand that is giving back in huge ways that no one has ever done before. We know many people love our unique mission and we have impacted thousands of families all without having to be a 501 c(3).

How do I donate to your mission?

We established a long time ago, that we would never take donations. Our founder is a firm believer in not taking hand outs and working hard to earn business from supporters. We are implanting a program where people will soon be able to sponsor plaques and other services for families, but for now, buying gear and becoming a member is the best way to help us grow our impact.

I received the wrong item, how do I get it fixed?

We are so very sorry you were sent the incorrect item! Please know that we strive to exceed your expectations and will get you out the correct item ASAP.

For any incorrect orders, exchanges, or missing items, please email our customer service department: support@tilvalhallaproject.com and they will take care of getting you the right item.

Is Til Valhalla Project apparel made in the U.S.?

We have some shirts that are 100% made in the U.S. but most of the garments sold are made outside the U.S. because of the increased quality and comfort. We know this is a deal breaker for some people but the way we look at it is, no matter where it is made, it is still designed, marketed, printed, packed, and shipped by U.S. veterans. That’s 5 U.S. jobs you support to 1 non-U.S (Sadly in many other companies its the other way around ).

Are you Veteran owned and operated?

Yes, Til Valhalla Project was founded in 2017 by Marine veteran Korey Shaffer, after loosing many of his battle brothers to suicide, after they came back from Afghanistan. We currently employ 3 veterans to every 1 patriot, because we believe keeping our brothers and sisters active and maintaining their value is the key to ending veteran suicide.
