Nine years ago, Til Valhalla Project began with a promise made in grief.
Not a business plan.
Not a marketing strategy.
A promise.
It started with one plaque, handcrafted in the quiet hours of mourning. A way to Honor a Fallen friend when words felt too small and the weight of loss felt too heavy to carry alone. What began as a personal act of remembrance became something far bigger - a mission that would reach families across the country who needed to know one simple truth:
Your Hero is not forgotten.

From One Family to Thousands of Families
In the early days, there was no roadmap. There were only messages from families who had lost everything and were trying to find meaning in the aftermath. A mother who didn’t know how to wake up without her son. A spouse learning how to breathe in a house that felt too quiet. Children growing up with memories instead of moments.
Each plaque delivered was more than a piece of metal on a wall. It was a moment of connection. A way to say, “We remember your Hero. We Honor their sacrifice. And you are not alone in your grief.”
Over the years, one delivery became hundreds. Hundreds became thousands. And with each family we stood beside, the mission grew deeper: remembrance isn’t passive. It’s something you show up for.

The Support That Turned Grief Into Movement
Til Valhalla Project would not be here nine years later without a community willing to carry this mission forward. Supporters who chose to wear a story, share a post, or tell someone about a mission they believed in. Veterans who found comfort in knowing their brothers and sisters would be Honored. Families who trusted us with the most sacred part of their story.
Every shirt purchased, every coin carried, every story shared has helped fund memorials and extend support to families of our Fallen Heroes. What started with one act of remembrance became a movement of people who believe that Honor doesn’t end at a gravesite, it lives on through action.

Why We Keep Going
Nine years later, the weight of this mission has not become lighter. If anything, it has become more meaningful. The need is still here. The loss is still real. The families still carry their grief every day.
But so do we carry something else: responsibility.
Responsibility to keep showing up.
Responsibility to keep remembering.
Responsibility to Honor those who gave everything and support the families who live with that sacrifice.
This anniversary is not a celebration of time passed. It’s a recommitment to the promise made nine years ago, that no Hero would ever be forgotten, and no family would ever be left to grieve alone.

Each year, our community comes together to Honor Fallen Heroes with our annual plaque build. It is a mission that we could not accomplish without our faithful supporters.
Thank You for Carrying This Mission With Us
To the families who allowed us into their most vulnerable moments: thank you for trusting us with your Hero’s legacy.
To the supporters who made every delivery possible: thank you for turning remembrance into action.
To the Heroes we Honor: your legacy lives on through every life you’ve touched and every family we stand beside.
Nine years in, the promise still stands.
