Recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month
At Til Valhalla Project, May is more than just another awareness month.
It's a deeply personal reminder of why we do what we do. Every plaque we deliver and every mission we undertake Honors the silent battles so many of our Heroes have fought — battles that often go unseen but leave lasting scars.
Mental health struggles aren’t distant issues to us; they are part of our story, our community, and our daily reality. We carry the names, the faces, and the memories of those we’ve lost — not just to war, but to the war within.
The Weight We Carry — And Why We Keep Fighting
Behind every name we engrave, behind every family we embrace, there’s a story of unimaginable bravery. Not just bravery on the battlefield, but bravery in choosing to fight the hardest battles: the ones that come after.
Mental health challenges aren’t a sign of weakness. They’re proof of just how much someone has endured. And here at T.V.P., we believe that Honoring our Heroes means acknowledging their full journey, the visible battles and the hidden ones.
This month, we want to say it loudly and clearly:
You are not alone.
You are not forgotten.
Your battles matter and so do you.
A Visible Reminder: You Are Never Alone
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we created a new collection. Each design is meant to serve as a visible reminder:
Struggling doesn’t make you weak.
Speaking up makes you stronger.
Climbing out of darkness — even if it’s one inch at a time — is an act of courage.
When you wear these designs, we hope you remember that you are part of a family that refuses to leave anyone behind.
Our Mission: Fighting Together, Every Day
At Til Valhalla Project, our mission is simple but vital: Honor those we’ve lost. Support those still fighting. Remind every Hero that their life matters.
Mental health is not a side mission for us — it’s a central part of why we exist.
This May, and every month after, we stand with you. Stay strong. Stay here. Stay climbing.
We are proud to be fighting alongside you.
If you or someone you know needs support, please visit our Resource Page for tools, help, and hope. You are never alone.
