SPC Jaykob R. Pruitt, 19, Oklahoma Army National Guard, born in Denver July 27, 2003, passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2023. Pruitt was a Cavalry Scout with 1st Squadron, 180th Cavalry Regiment, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team at Fort Sill. There, he learned how to gather battlefield intelligence before launching any combat operation. Pruitt loved the outdoors, shooting sports, and bull riding. He was an inventive man who enjoyed making bullwhips, silversmithing, and creating unique gifts for his loved ones. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
