In Memory OfSP5 & SSG Alton R. Ivy

SP5 & SSG Alton R. Ivy, 76, U.S. Army, Missouri Army National Guard, born April 7, 1947, passed away on October 7, 2023. Ivy was first an Accounting Specialist with the Army Security Agency, handling sensitive documents at Vint Hill Fanns Station. He later joined the National Guard as a Motor Transport Operator and deployed with 136th Engineer Brigade in Operation Desert Storm. Ivy returned home and became very active in his community. He was a city council member for over 20 years and an officer with Senath P.D. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
