SP4 Jackie F. Morris, 67, U.S. Army, born in Mississippi December 30, 1947, passed away from cancer on June 16, 2015. During the Vietnam War, Morris was a Combat Surveillance and Target Acquisition Crewman with 163rd Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Hood. There, he analyzed aerial photographs to locate probable enemy targets. Morris loved spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and gardening. Most of all, he enjoyed patrolling the Tanglefoot Trail as an Auxiliary Deputy of the local Sheriff's Office. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
