IC1 Jay B. Jellison, 66, U.S. Navy, born May 10, 1957, passed away from heart failure on January 5, 2024. Jellison was an Internal Communications Electrician aboard several Frigates, including the USS Talbot (FFG-4) and the USS Oliver Hazard Perry (FFG-7). There, he ensured that internal and external communication systems always ran smoothly. Jellison was a patriotic family man who was always there when you needed a friend.
