In Memory Of

CPT David M. Sitler, 54, U.S. Army, born May 21, 1959, passed away from health complications on February 24, 2014. Sitler was Company Commander of 49th Ordnance Company and stationed all over the world. At the end of the Cold War, he acted as Plans Officer in Operation Silent Echo, overseeing the removal of our nuclear stockpile in Germany. Growing up, Sitler was an Eagle Scout and, after the Army, became a Scoutmaster to mentor youths. The only things he loved more than the Scouting were his family and Tabasco Sauce. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
