CPL Clarence Bowling, 84, U.S. Army, born in Kentucky March 24, 1932, passed away on June 25, 2016. Bowling was a Mess Steward with 350th Infantry Regiment, 88th Infantry Division. He deployed as part of the Allied Occupation of Germany, ensuring U.S. troops were well-fed during their peacekeeping mission to restore order and democracy in the war-torn country. Bowling was a talented craftsman and enjoyed making furniture for his loved ones. He had a generous spirit and could always turn strangers into friends. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
