CN Ronald G. Henson, 77, U.S. Navy, born in California April 27, 1945, passed away on March 1, 2023. Henson served as a Constructionman and deployed to Vietnam aboard the USS Gunston Hall (LSD-5). While there, he worked as a Seabee, helping build airbases for transporting U.S. troops and equipment all over the country. Henson enjoyed working with his hands, gardening, and restoring classic cars. He is remembered for his sharp wit, snappy comebacks, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
