The tumbler is great, The new closing top not so much. I was kind of upset that you took the easy way out by following yetis lead on this top. Even when it’s closed it still leaks a bit. Is it really that difficult to come up with a top that seals completely leak free ?

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. I think it turned out great. Very impressed with the fast service. I will definitely show it off to my buddies and tell them where I got it from. Some of them are still active and some are retired like me.

I don’t like that the handle covers some of the design.

Truly love having the handle and straw yet I have one slight issue the emblem on the cup should be placed down on the cup a little lower so the handle doesn’t hide the top of the flag. Yet love my cup and the kit!

As I was proudly telling my daughter that I had found the perfect present, she frowned and said “I already got that for him for Christmas “. Oops! I called customer service and explained the situation, and the nice young man immediately switched out the designs! So fast! So easy! It's pandemic Christmas. Mail system didn't do it's job. I lost the tracking number. Emailed TVP for the tracking number. They pursued it. They let me know they were working on it and a day later to tell me it should be here the next day. I don't know who they spoke to at USPS but, I got 2 emails from USPS. One local and one from a federal level. I did receive my items when they said. I will order from these wonderful vets again. I do appreciate their service, in the military and as a business! The improved lid is worth the price of everything else. The straw is awesome. The handle is one of the best fits I've seen in a tumbler handle but it being opaque really takes away from having the graphic on the tumbler.

I do like the concept of the handle for the Tumblr but when I put it on my Tumblr it covers part of the design on my Tumblr if it could be moved or made smaller on the top ring so the design can be fully seen on my Tumblr would be much more appreciated

I like the accessories included but find that the band of the handle covers part of the design of the distressed flag. I feel if the design was slightly lower on the tumbler, it would be better. Of course, it may also be my slight OCD attitude as a machinist by trade

Tumbler is top quality and durable. Design on tumbler is eye catching. Accessories are good. Only con is the handle covers the 'veteran' on the cup. Don't know how one would fix that, but it's not a deal breaker. I love the tumbler and I use it constantly. Coffee in the morning, cold drinks all day, sometimes adult beverages in the evening! I also support y'all's mission! Nobody fights alone!
